Be Straight With Me Doctor...Is It Avian-itis?

It would be telling a HUGE lie to say that I haven't been smitten with birds and other winged marvels this last little while.  In fact, over the last 3 months, I have purchased *whispers*...um...er… maybe 12 dedicated bird stamp sets, 4 bird dies (not counting the one I already had), 4 or 5 singular bird image stamps,  3 collage bird themed stamps, a slew of bird cage and nest stamps, and a not so small handful of bird sentiment stamp sets.  Oy Vey!  And like I admitted to previously...that is all on top of what I already had secreted away in my burgeoning stamp and patterned paper collection from over the years! I think I have gone, well and truly, and oh so blissfully, bird mad!  Love it!

This card was made in homage to my coming out of the bird closet and spreading my wings in the wonderful, warm and fuzzy, crafty regions of the blogosphere.  Oh, the joys!

This has such a wonderful, vintage feel to it. I absolutely love the bird on this card. The clouds are the perfect touch as an accent too. Your story about your bird addiction was fun to read!

Very cool card, Jen. Love all of the distressing with the inks and the coloring on the bird. And don't worry, you can never have too many bird sets. I'm looking forward to seeing many more bird cards!!
