The Cure To What Ails Ya!

Hugs and kisses and other assorted heartfelt warm and fuzzies never seem to go awry when coming from those you love (and that also love you), as far as I am concerned.  They certainly seem to always be the cure to what ails, now don't they?  So, when I saw and subsequently fell in love (once again) with this card by the incomparable Mona Pendleton, I was wonderfully reminded of the fact of this incredible Cure-all:  LOVE.  Therefore, in my CASE-ing sights went Mona's pretty card and this glorious sentiment.  Happy times.

Seeing that I am feeling a bit game in CASE-ing the uber talented Ms. Pendleton in the first place, I thought why not go the step further and enter my card into her CR84FN Color Challenge as well, simply because from here my card's color palette (Light Pink, Medium Green, and Neutral) was born.  Here's hoping I haven't really done my dash this time.  *wink*  I think it best that I cross my fingers again...

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Do know I appreciate your visits so.  XXOO

Edited To Add:  If your wondering why I posted two very similiar pictures of my card, rest assured that I didn't think it was so nice I had to post it twice (I'm bonkers, but not that bonkers), but later changed my mind after publishing the post and initially wanted to update the first picture with another. Silly me didn't realize that I couldn't just replace the second pic with the previously published one because I had already Inlinkz-ed the first.  Sigh.  Therefore, I couldn't delete it and replace it with the one I fancied more.  Live and learn, right?

I loved both pics of your beautiful card Jen. It has so many beautiful elements. That textured heart and the beautiful ribbon with the flower on top. The colors were perfect for the inspiration. I have to ask you, do you like the Waltzingmouse text stamps? Do they line up all the way across a 5 1/2 card base easily? I think I am going to get them and hope they line up nicely. Great job today, very beautiful.

I just love that corrugated heart and what you've done with it. Hugs and kisses...I know what you mean...the worst of worst days can get a million times better with a hug and/or a kiss from our spouse or children or heck, even a really great friend. Just beautiful on all counts.

Absolutely, breathtaking, jaw-dropping, heart-stopping gorgeous! I hope it's okay that I pin it to my card board over at Pinterest. I don't want to misplace this lovely little piece of inspiration.

Another gorgeous card from you, Miss Jen! Oh and wanted to tell you that you actually CAN delete and replace it with a new photo on your blog. The picture linked to a challenge will stay as is (I think it loads or links to the blogger uploaded pic, not the one actually posted on your blog). And when someone clicks on that old pic/link on the challenge blog, it brings up your post - which will then have the replaced pic. Sometimes I replace photos when I have to wait until daylight to get better ones - so I'm speaking from experience, lol!

This is beautiful, Jen. I see how you were inspired by Mona, but I also see you in this creation. That is why having someone else to CASE is fabulous. Great job! Thanks so much for playing at CR84FN! :)
