Ever have one of those days when you just can't string two words together? Well, that's the kind of day I am having today. It's not that things are any more crazier than usual, but I just can't seem to kick it into gear so to speak, as does happen to the best of us from time to time so I hear. Therefore, I think it most prudent to keep my post fairy brief as not to disgrace myself any further. *wink*
This is a card I quietly crafted with this week's Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge in mind. The featured stamp set used on this card is Waltzingmouse Stamps' French Country (sentiment and background stamping) and it's such a charming set. It's just another of Waltzingmouse Stamps many exquisitely crafted sets. Which reminds me that soon there will be another release. So exciting!

((GASP))...this is so gorgeous, Jen!!! I love the double stripe background! The pops of red look amazing with the blue and cream! It's such a pretty porcelain looking blue, too! Wow, the pop of red caught my eye right away. I love how you used the "seam" between the border stamps as your line down the vertical middle. And your photo is beautiful.
Beautiful card, Jen. The blue colour really is so fresh and crisp. I love the way you've used the blue in the background and again on the main focal panel. the red matting and twine also makes it all 'pop'!
